항상 소 도둑(올해가 牛띠 핸가?) 맞고 외양간 고치는 조선 댄장의 전형적인 습성되로 또 돈 들여 필요 업슨 國 보지 1호를 또 불 날건데(머 소화기 몇게 갔다 놓고설랑 적당히 눈 가리고 아웅하여 건설하고, 근처 남대문 소방서 아찌들은 불이 좀 나야 저 거 밥줄이 안 떨어 지니까 그냥 대충 넘어 갈거고 또 사회문제가 되고 그라고 소방 관계 사람들도 먹고 살고, 한 마디 하고 해서 그냥 지나 갈거다!!!
숭례문 화재 1주년 덕수궁 유관기관 합동소방훈련실시
소방방재청(청장 최성룡)은 숭례문 화재사고 1년이 되는 2월 10일,
소방방재청-문화재청과 공동주관으로 ‘덕수궁 합동소방훈련’을 실시한다.
이날 훈련에는 소방방재청, 문화재청, 서울소방재난본부, 중구청, 남대문경찰서, 덕수궁관리소, 일반시민 등 190여명이 참여하고 소방차 18대가 동원된다.
금번 훈련은, 지난해 5월 소방방재청과 문화재청, 문화재전문가가 참여하여 공동 개발한「덕수궁화재대응매뉴얼」에 따라 화재발생시 문화재 보호를 위한 유관기관의 단계별 대응절차 숙달과 유관기관 공조체제 강화에 중점을 두고 실시한다.
특히, 목조문화재 화재에 적합한 천공드릴과 돌진형 관창 등 특수 장비를 이용한 화재진압기법을 도입하여 실전적 훈련이 되도록 준비하였다.
훈련 상황은 지난해 숭례문 화재를 모방하여 방화범에 의한 중화전 화재로 시작되며, 화재발생 즉시 덕수궁 자위소방대는 119신고, 관람객 대피, 문화재 반출을 실시하고, 소방대 현장 도착 후 소방대원은 복식사다리를 이용하여 중화전 현판을 안전하게 수거하고, 고가사다리차를 전개하여 중화전 지붕을 제거하여 적심부의 화재를 완벽하게 진압한다.
화재진압을 최종 확인 한 후 소방방재청장(최성룡)은 훈련강평을 통하여 앞으로 문화재를 화재와 재난으로부터 보호하기 위한 비전을 밝힐 것이다.
한편, 행사장 뒤편에는 효과적 화재진압을 위한 각종 소방장비와 숭례문 화재 이후 문화재청의 화재방재대책에 대한 전시물을 전시할 예정이다.
